Nigel Lockhart
Founder & PrincipalEnterprise & AI Transformation Advisor
Nigel Lockhart is an enterprise transformation leader and advisor with more than 20 years of international experience spanning technology, operations, digital transformation, governance, organizational change, and performance improvement.
His career combines approximately a decade of experience in a Fortune 500 environment in the United States with earlier corporate and entrepreneurial experience in the United Kingdom, including founding and operating his own business in London. That combination has given him a perspective shaped both by the discipline required to operate inside large, complex enterprises and by the accountability that comes with building and running a business yourself.
Nigel's particular strength is operating at the intersection of business leadership and technology.
He works across the space between executive priorities and technical execution – helping leaders translate strategy into the operating models, governance, technology capabilities, and change required to produce measurable results. Equally, he helps technical teams connect complex technology decisions to the outcomes that matter to the enterprise.
His focus today includes AI-enabled enterprise transformation, digital and technology modernization, operational governance, service and performance improvement, automation, and organizational change. His philosophy is straightforward: technology is not the outcome. It is an enabler of better operations, better decisions, stronger customer outcomes, greater resilience, and improved business performance.
Nigel brings an international perspective developed primarily across the United States and United Kingdom, with roots in the Caribbean. His experience across different markets and operating environments has reinforced a practical approach to transformation – one that combines strategy with execution, technology with people, and innovation with appropriate governance and control.
He holds an Executive MBA from Rice University and a First-Class Honours degree in Business Management & IT from Plymouth University in the United Kingdom. His continued professional development includes completion of a management program with McKinsey & Company, together with Lean Six Sigma and Microsoft certifications.
